Depending on the market, there may be several other similar homes for sale competing with your property. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers.  The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your region.  You can complete my online property evaluation form to get a feel for your home's value in our current market.

Prospective buyers will be able to get information immediately about your property and I will be able to coordinate showings in real time. They can access my website 24 hours a day and view your property listing. Upon listing your property with me, all of the specific listing details will be added online so all other agents can immediately access your property information as well. Your listing will also be displayed on the main brokerage website, in a monthly newsletter, and advertised on the MLS®.
